Bibek Niroula is a Research Assistant at NAAMII working in the MultiModal Learning Lab. He completed his B.E. Computer Engineering from IOE, Pulchowk Campus. His research interests lie in federated learning, multimodal learning, and AI safey.
His work explores how machine learning systems can be trained across distributed (federated) data sources while preserving privacy, and how different types of data can be effectively combined to improve model performance. His work increasingly focuses on designing methods that are robust to heterogeneity in the federation of the system.
