Tripti leads communications at NAAMII and along with the program management for ANAIS 2026, seventh edition of NAAMII's flagship AI school, which has drawn participants from 41 countries across six editions. She sets the institute's communications and brand strategy, along with owning ANAIS strategy from curriculum and content through funding and delivery.

Her specialty is scientific communication, built on four years of editorial leadership experience at the Zerone, a scientific communication magazine, and an electronics engineering degree from Pulchowk Engineering Campus. She applies that work to design, content, and campaigns, including NAAMII's UDAAN AI training program. As a research assistant at NAAMII's AI and Society Lab, she works on subliminal learning and AI policy. This led her to co-found AI Safety Nepal, which ran Nepal's first dedicated AI safety fellowship, a five-week program that brought 40 experts from law, cybersecurity, and computer science into the field. Her focus in AI safety is building pathways for people to enter technical AI research, and contributing to governance frameworks and national AI strategies that address the challenges facing the wider Global South.
